A country filled with minerals,
A country with people of high integrity, people filled with the zeal to secure a nice home to live in, free from the menace of the British.
Thus they fought and with all their strength had a place with peace of
mind. Bringing the reign of the British to an untimely end.
Yet some people who are anxious to rule and make their country theirs shattered the brokered peace which led to a bloody war.
A war that left all dejected and many people mad and homeless. While those who caused the war escaped unhurt amidst bloodshed, confusion and massive deaths.
Oh! how our eyes run down tears like the Atlantic ocean. Due to the wrongdoings of 1967 just to secure power our youths were used as tools and our girls rapped.
Yet corruption aggravates. Reaching its peak, that even the so-called leaders are now confused.
Today who is to blame?
Arise Young Nigerians. The best thing is to save our motherland so that she will be free and the soul of her nationalist to rest in peace!
Cant she be saved?
Cant our leaders be straight forward once?
And stop living a life of treachery.

With everyone contributing to her growth.
