You are a human, imperfection runs through your stream, but that's not an excuse for you to always be misbehaving. Great achievers do fail, but not every time; in fact, their degree of success has rendered their failures negligible: their successes are dominant over their failures. So should your good deeds over your bad creeds; so should your seeds of greatness be over the weeds of failures.
Sowing seeds are not only what you should be doing, you have to make sure all the conditions necessary for the seeds to germinate are in place. The seeds I'm talking about are not the ones sown into the soil, but those sown into your life. There are many seeds of greatness sown in you, what are you doing to make them germinate? Are you busy doing what you like, and abandon the seeds to the mercy of weeds.
Good deeds and success-oriented creeds are the right fertilizers those seeds need. They are what you should be applying to the seeds for them to germinate, grow into a tree (with many branches), and begin to yield good fruits that not only you will benefit from the tree. Let the world enjoy from your seeds. Let the fruits that emanated from your seeds never be the kind God would tell His people never to eat of: The Fruits of the Knowledge of Good and Evil!
Okay, let's go like this, when each of the sown seeds had germinated and grown into a tree, a great tree with branches, yielding abundant fruits (edible fruits), then not only you could be enjoying it: birds would benefit from it, other living creatures would be of benefit as well, other people would benefit.
Now, someone else may decide to take a seed of your tree and have it sown in his/her own life: this is how you can influence others with your own seeds, deeds, and creeds. Make the good seeds of greatness sown in your life to germinate and grow into trees that shall yield good fruits. Unleash your potentials so that others may benefit from you. Whatever good you know how to do, please endeavor to do it well, because God put such abilities in you so that others shall benefit from them.
Finally, I need to always have this in mind: "No matter how bad your conditions are, no matter the degree of your sorrow; never give up, live with the hope that you will strive, thrive, and survive every challenge to behold not just an ordinary tomorrow, but a better and greater tomorrow!" NDJP
